Solid Stay Near the Pyramids
clean room attentive lifeguard efficient relations
i found my twin room pool floor very clean. the lifeguard, ahmed, was very attentive near the pool area. nada in guest relations was helpful and efficient. the hotel also offers great views.
loud parties continued until 2:30 in the morning . the noise vibrated through my room. this occurred over two nights.

excellent selection egyptian dishes local options
The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food. The variety included both local and international options. Mahmoud Mohamed explained how to eat some of the Egyptian dishes. His insights enhanced the experience of dining at the hotel.
The gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

clean room comfortable bed fresh food friendly service
My executive twin room was very clean. the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. the breakfast had a good variety of fresh food. ms shimaa magdy arranged the room beautifully. i also appreciated the friendly service from nada at reception. She was very professional.
the ac in the room made some noise at night, but it wasn't too disruptive. i used earplugs to sleep soundly, though. everything else was great!

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there were also free weights available. the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. It was very refreshing after a day out.

the executive lounge offered a selection of pastries and beverages throughout the day. breakfast included fresh fruit, cereals, and hot dishes. the restaurant staff was very attentive, which enhanced the experience a lot.

the housekeeping team, including mahmoud ramadan and zamzam mostafa, did a great job cleaning. they ensured the room was super clean daily. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, addressing requests quickly.

comfortable pool area staff smiles old carpet faulty air conditioning
The breakfast offered more options than I expected! The staff named Hamd and Mohamed. I noticed that the pool area was well maintained and comfortable.
The room I had was slightly dated. The condition of the carpet showed it was getting old. I also experienced that the air conditioning remote didn't work during my entire stay. The facilities were old.

I found the staff to be the best part of my stay. The rooms are clean and large. Breakfast included great food, and the dinner was also nice. The view from my room was beautiful.
