i found my twin room pool floor very clean. the lifeguard, ahmed, was very attentive near the pool area. nada in guest relations was helpful and efficient. the hotel also offers great views.
loud parties continued until 2:30 in the morning . the noise vibrated through my room. this occurred over two nights.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food. The variety included both local and international options. Mahmoud Mohamed explained how to eat some of the Egyptian dishes. His insights enhanced the experience of dining at the hotel.
The gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

My executive twin room was very clean. the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. the breakfast had a good variety of fresh food. ms shimaa magdy arranged the room beautifully. i also appreciated the friendly service from nada at reception. She was very professional.
the ac in the room made some noise at night, but it wasn't too disruptive. i used earplugs to sleep soundly, though. everything else was great!

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there were also free weights available. the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. It was very refreshing after a day out.

The breakfast offered more options than I expected! The staff named Hamd and Mohamed. I noticed that the pool area was well maintained and comfortable.
The room I had was slightly dated. The condition of the carpet showed it was getting old. I also experienced that the air conditioning remote didn't work during my entire stay. The facilities were old.
